Unfortunately, we cannot assist with individual card account issues, balance problems, or fraud claims. Please contact your card issuer directly using the phone number on the back of your card or on their website.
Can you recommend which prepaid card to use?
We maintain editorial independence and do not recommend specific products or issuers. Our goal is to provide general education so you can make informed choices based on your needs.
I've been scammed. Can you help me get my money back?
We cannot help recover funds lost to scams. Please immediately contact: (1) the card issuer, (2) the retailer where you purchased the card, (3) local law enforcement, and (4) the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Time is critical.
How can I report a scam or fraudulent activity?
Report scams to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at IC3.gov. Also notify your local law enforcement and the card issuer.
