How It Works:
- Place your order online without any upfront payment
- Your order is processed and shipped to your address
- You receive your eco-friendly products
- Pay in cash when the delivery arrives

- Payment must be made at the time of delivery
- Please have cash ready (exact or near-exact change preferred)
- You must be present to receive and pay for your order
- Refusal to pay may result in account restrictions
- No credit card or banking information is collected or stored

Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at hello@mygiftbloom.com or call (646) 844-5331
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
- Refunds issued via the original payment method
- For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds issued via check or bank transfer
- You'll receive an email confirmation when refund is processed
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exception: If item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully package all orders, but sometimes damage occurs during shipping.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email photos of the damage to hello@mygiftbloom.com
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Choose a replacement or full refund

- Return shipping for damaged/defective items
- Full refund or free replacement
- Expedited shipping on replacement items

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:
